On the third floor of The Philadelphian, a whole lot of spinning, swimming, weight-lifting, elliptical biking, and other exercise is going on. Classes in areas such as total body training, core balance and stretch, zumba, and yoga also help us to keep fit.
Residents can become members of the Fitness Center for fees gradated on an annual, winter, and summer basis. For additional charges by session, residents can gain the benefits of massage and receive guidance from the staff
of the outside company that manages the center, all of whom are personal trainers.
