Sample Floor Plans

Among The Philadelphian's 753 residential units, you will find choices that fit a wide range of lifestyles, tastes, and budgets. You get a lot of bang for your buck in square footage, closet space, and views. No matter how many bedrooms, all units share in the building's great amenities and services.

The Philadelphian consists of three towers, each served by its own freight and passenger elevators. Depending on the specific condo, the building's shape opens up views of our Fairmount neighborhood, Center City, the Parkway and the Art Museum.  A unit's location also determines its specific size and configuration.

Located at the end of hallways, the 94 three-bedroom condos range from 2,000 to over 2,100 sq. ft.  Large windows create sun-filled living rooms with spectacular views in two directions. Some residents have created astonishing gardens that entirely fill the balconies of these spacious units, while other residents extend their spaces for eating, reading, and just gazing. Other than four penthouse units, these are the largest condos in The Philadelphian.

The 174 two-bedroom condos, ranging from 1,400 to over 2,000 square feet, come in two configurations. All have balconies and wonderful views. The configuration shown here has the bedrooms side-by-side.

This two-bedroom configuration has the living room in the front of the building and the bedrooms in the rear.  They take advantage of the entire width of the building to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and light found throughout The Philadelphian.

Located throughout the building, the 295 one-bedroom units offer a lot of room at 1,000 to 1,400 sq feet. Their configurations vary widely, and many owners have been extremely creative in renovating them to accommodate visitors and varied needs.

At 575 to 700 sq. ft., the 186 studio units are larger than many of the new one-bedroom units in Center City. Some of The Philadelphian's residents who have been here the longest live in these units. Sometimes they are the perfect match for people who want an affordable condo requiring minimal care.
