Residents can rest assured that incoming packages are stored in a secure room behind the Front Desk. Our staff logs packages delivered by FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, and other services into BuildingLink, our electronic communications system, which then generates an email or text notice to the recipient. A notification board next to residents' mailboxes also lists units that have deliveries waiting at the Front Desk. For packages sent through the US Postal Service, residents receive notices in their mailboxes. As an added convenience, residents can give return packages that are properly labeled to the Front Desk staff for pick up.
